Die forging scraper chain is a type of chain manufactured through die forging technology, mainly used for buried scraper conveyors, suitable for industries such as grain machinery, mining machinery, steel mills, and power plants. The forging scraper chain is composed of different combinations of scraper chain links or traction chain links. The chain links are forged products, and the pin shaft is generally treated with alloy steel integral heat treatment or surface high-frequency treatment to improve the surface hardness of the pin shaft
1.Structural characteristics
The main structure of forging scraper chain includes chain rod and pin shaft. The chain rod is made by forging or rolling, and then machined. The chain rod is divided into three parts: the large head, the small head, and the rod body. The surface is treated with low-carbon alloy steel carburizing, which has high surface wear resistance and excellent comprehensive mechanical properties
